2022 Meritorious Service Award Winner
Susan Gourley is a long time member of Pennwriters and has served as board secretary since 2015. She has been a Published Penn since 2011. Susan is also a 25 year-member of RWA and is also a member of the Published Authors Network and belongs to the local chapter of RWA, Central Pennsylvania Romance Writers. An independent, small press has published 27 of her novels, the majority written under her pen name, Susan Kelley.
Susan earned her bachelor of science degree from Lock Haven University and did her graduate work at Penn State University. She recently retired after 34 years as a public school teacher and currently works as a full time writer.
Susan is a mother to five sons and one daughter and is a grandmother to two granddaughters. She lives in a large country home outside of Hershey, PA along with her husband.
