Welcome to registration for the Pennwriters 36th Annual Conference. Before you begin, please read the
Overview page. It contains valuable information that will help you make decisions when you start registration. (Please scroll down to find the starting options for registration)
The conference will be held at the
Pittsburgh Airport Marriott If you’d rather not use the link, then use this number to make your room reservations:
(412) 788-8800. You must mention Pennwriters to receive the conference discounted price of $138 per night. This discount is available until April 21, 2023. You are responsible for making your own room reservations.
If you are attending the Thursday Intensives, please note that lunch is an extra charge. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or find a different option from the one we offer. Also, note that you can select a full day intensive with
Julie Anne Lindsey, or a half-day with Cindy Callaghan and/or Marissa DeCuir. Additional details for the workshops are

Pitch appointments are on a first come basis. You will be asked to make a first and second choice. All efforts will be made to make sure you get at least one of your picks. If that is not possible, someone will contact you. Please

The Friday Keynote Dinner with
Lesa Cline-Ransome is an add-on. You must register for this from the menu below.
The Friday Networking Luncheon with PW Larry Schardt (aka Rock and Roll) is also an add-on. You must select it from the menu below.
Saturday morning breakfast buffet and the annual general meetings, as well as the Saturday keynote luncheon with PW member
Dr. Madhu Bazaz Wangu, and the Saturday night social are all included in the conference pricing.
Please note that we also have an option to purchase meals only if you have a guest who is only attending the meals and not the workshops.
