Joel Burcat will be discussing his new political/environmental thriller, Temperature Rising, during a free, one-hour virtual program hosted by the State Library of Pennsylvania. The event is on Tuesday, September 29 at 12:00 p.m. Joel will talk about the story behind the novel, how four decades as an environmental lawyer found their way into his fiction, and how fact, history, law, and imagination come together in a thriller.
