Carol L. Wright grew up in Massachusetts, and is a former domestic relations attorney and adjunct law professor. She has written many articles and essays relating to the study of law, but her passion is writing fiction. She has published many short stories in literary journals and award-winning anthologies. 2017 sees the publication of the first of her Gracie McIntyre Mysteries, DEATH IN GLENVILLE FALLS. The story, of former small-town lawyer and new-and-used book seller Gracie McIntyre, marries her love of books, New England charm, and the challenge of solving a good puzzle.
In addition to Pennwriters, Carol is a member of Sisters in Crime, SinC Guppies, the Jane Austen Society of North America, the Greater Lehigh Valley Writers Group, and the Bethlehem Writers Group.
She is married to her college sweetheart, and they now live in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania with their rescue dog and clowder of cats.
